His work spans various roles and institutions, encompassing areas of environmental technology and management, climate change mitigation and adaptation. Notably, his recent research focuses on urban air quality,  emission monitoring, and atmospheric modelling. He furthered his academic pursuits with contributions to air pollution control and engineering lectures at universities across the Czech Republic, Austria and the Netherlands. Additionally, he holds a significant role as a principal advisor for clean air cooperation programs, fostering collaboration with the Asia Pacific region.
